Booked their party room for a birthday dinner.... Got there the room was freezing asked multiple times from different people please check the temperature its freezing! Keep saying ok ok but still cold then finally they said the heat wasn't working! IT was a cold winter day@ Really how can the heat not be working?! My guest were all in formal dresses were freezing! The severs were never around had to always get up and go look for them to call them. Always up and down up and down! The soup has no salt it was just plane nothing and barely warm enough! The food was very plain, the onions on the salad and the lettuce were looking old and not fresh like they been out all day! Very disappointing with service, food, and the whole place! Not worth the price save your money and go elsewhere!

Finally on 01/25/2013, I got the credit to my CC account. The most annoying thing about this is fiasco, is that Janosik never own-up to it. They kept saying "... we just switched credit-card transaction company ... contact them" and "... this has never happened before...". This tells me they are all "in on it". Again, if you patron this place, be sure to pay either cash or make sure you keep your CC receipts and check your CC statement very carefully.

Came here for dinner with 3 other people on a Saturday night. Service was A++++++. I ordered chicken kebab w/ fries but the cook mistakenly made beef kebab. Our waitress apologized profusely and insisted on redoing the whole dish. I would've been fine with the cook just leaving me the fries and just make the chicken kebab but our waitress insisted that everything had to be perfect on my plate. Didn't get a chance to see the banquet hall but from where we were seated, the place really makes you feel like you're in a winter cottage (in Poland maybe? Not sure coz I've never been there but I'm assuming that's the "theme" they were going for since the place is called "Janosik".) It was also funny to see our waitress doing shots with the bar tender. =) Food is definitely heavy on the stomach but they were good. Highly recommended. PS: Bathrooms were clean! I'm a big fan of super clean places!

HUGE PORTIONS ! I ordered the chicken snitzel and it was the size of my entire plate with all the sides underneath it, unbelievable ! Food was very fresh ! The prices are kind of expensive, but it was worth it for the quality and amount of food you get here.

Attended a Polish wedding reception here recently. Decor was a bit too rustic for me, but the banquet hall was a great size with a nice elevated band/DJ area. The bar was fully stocked, with two bartenders. The catering staff all seemed quite young, but were efficient. The food was better than average, just heavy and very filling! There doesn't seem to be much around this banquet hall, so that might be tricky if you are looking for hotels, etc.

Just booked the banquet portion for a party and also had dinner -- SO GOOD. Huge portions and very tasty! Place was not crowded but was very warm and inviting. The building itself was beautiful. My self and my mom had the Highlander Pork Cutlet and it was perfect. My sister loved her pierogis and she got the cheese blintzes for desert. The chicken noodle soup was also great! Can't wait for the party!!!

I love my job. I have a wonderful boss that's always taking me out to dinner. He happens to be from Poland and mentioned this was a place he wanted to take me. He almost always takes it upon himself to order for me or insist I order one of everything. Since we were in his comfort zone I decided to let him do the ordering. Large portions are an understatement here. I tried a little of everything. I loved the pierogis. I had two different types. The pierogi with bacon was amazing! I was beyond stuffed here! I think the service was really good. I don't honestly know what was going on though. My boss spoke in Polish with the staff the entire meal. We always had everything we needed. It's a beautiful building. Basically a big log cabin. We sat in the bar area which was cozy. Apparently they do wedding receptions and have a banquet area. I'm sure that room is just as nice. I'm looking forward to heading back. Even with my non Polish speaking friends.
